We only refund items that were missing from the order, that were sent incorrectly, OR DAMAGED. It must be reported within 24 hours of receiving orders. Also, we do not do refunds or exchanges on gentely damaged items. Meaning that the items are damaged within a couple of days after use. We do not ship replacements.
